My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

  • Check the current status of the package using your tracking link that was sent to you via email.
  • Check the shipping confirmation email for correct delivery address.
  • Check with your local post office to see if the package is there.
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.

I received an incorrect/damaged product? 

We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please send us an email within one week with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order to team@gfoitma.com . We will take care of it as soon as possible.

Can I return a product?

We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered.

To avoid unnecessary overproduction, I ask you to think about the environment and not order unnecessary products.

If there is anything wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if there is anything wrong with the order or you are dissatisfied by contacting us at team@gfoitma.com contact us!

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Since we work with a print-on-demand provider, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges at this time.
